The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

TEDxUniversityofMississippi will mount its 6th annual event, which aims to spark discussions in the community and promote positive change. Eight short TEDxTalks will explore perspectives and new research regarding Resilience. From sports and psychology to economy and substance recovery, these speakers will make you think about our ability to bounce back individually and collectively. Speakers are Coach Chris Cutcliffe & Dr. Hunter Taylor (sports), Marcela Weber (disaster preparedness), David Magee (well being), Kritika Gupta (food supply), Dr. Christopher Hunter (architecture), Sgt 1st Class Michael Wade (veterans in higher education), Jon Maynard (economy), and Elijah Mudryk (intercultural relations). Tickets are free, but seats are limited. Get your COVID-safe POD together to reserve seats together. Reservations should be made in advance; call 1-662-915-7411.
