The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Please join us to commemorate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This year marks our eighth annual MLK Day Commemoration Panel.

The panel will focus on slavery and its connections to the legacy of Dr. King. Panelists are members of the UM Slavery Group with scholarship and research focusing on slavery and civil rights. The panel consists of: Professor Anne Twitty (History),
Professor Jeffrey T. Jackson (Sociology and Anthropology), Professor Jennie Lightweis-Goff (English), Professor Marc H. Lerner (History)
