UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Scientific demonstrations and open houses will be held at the Department of Physics and Astronomy (Lewis Hall) , the Department of Mathematics (Hume Hall), the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (Coulter Hall), the School of Engineering (Brevard Hall), the National Center for Physical Acoustics and the
Kennon Observatory. The Society of Physics Students will showcase the “physics of baseball” in front of Swayze Field before the game against Georgia. A self-guided tour of the Millington-Barnard collection of scientific instruments will be offered at the University of Mississippi Museum.
