The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.


Undergraduate Student Book Club

Writing Consultants from the Oxford Writing Center (located in 310 J.D. Williams Library) invite undergraduate students to participate in a book club on Sundays from 6:00 until 7:00 pm in the Library Starbucks beginning on September 23. No registration is required for these meetings. Starbucks will provide upgrade/discount coupons for participants. Initial discussions of Tom Franklin's _Crooked Letter, Crooked Letter_ will continue each Sunday evening until the October 12 deadline for the Essay Contest sponsored by the Center for Writing and Rhetoric .

Following the essay competition, further meetings of the book club will focus on texts selected by participants in the club. Students may join at any meeting. For further information, please contact the Oxford Writing Center at 662-915-7689 or email Brenda Robertson at
