UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Wind Ensemble Concert

Invitation: Featuring the UM and Oxford High School Wind Ensembles, and special soloists. Part of the 2019 N. American Saxophone Alliance conference.

The wind ensembles of the University of Mississippi and Oxford High School take the stage with special guest artists Dr. Geoffrey Diebel and Dr. Dave Camwell.

Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for children and anyone with a University ID.  General seating.  Eligible for Music 100 and 103 credit.

This concert is part of the North American Saxophone Alliance conference, occuring on campus from March 22-24.  Check out the other public events: LOU Symphony and the MIssissippians Jazz Ensemble perform in concert at the Ford Center Saturday night; classical saxophonist Nikita Zimin performs in Nutt Auditorium Saturday at 4:00; and jazz saxophonist performs in Nutt Auditorium Sunday at 2:00.  The performances in Nutt Auditorium are absolutely free and open to the public.
