UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

On Saturday, September 28th from 1-4PM in the Butler Auditorium, there will be a chess simultaneous exhibition for the first 25 people to sign up. David Ross, a chess master and the state’s highest ranked chess player, will play up to 25 people at the same time. Light refreshments will be available starting at 12:30 PM. In order to reserve a spot, you must email ssoifer@olemiss.edu no later than Sept. 21 to reserve you spot. There is no fee to play in this event, but space is limited.
