UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

This event will begin in front of the Meredith Historical Marker and end in front of Guyton Hall.

The SOE diversity office welcomes you to participate in our SOE Choose to Include Peace Walk.  The purpose of this walk is to bring awareness to the importance of honoring Emmett Till's legacy while also educating about modern day hate crimes that have occurred. The rally will take place on Monday, 11/4 at 12:30 pm and will begin at the Meredith Historical Marker and will end in front of Guyton Hall. There will be guest speakers and the African dance troupe and gospel choir will perform. All are welcome to participate. Those who complete and turn in a survey about what they learned from the event will receive a t-shirt.
