Eating healthy and staying fit is a lifestyle and putting these two together can be overwhelming. But feeling your best doesn't mean you have to put a dent in your bank account. Join us this Wednesday and learn new and creative ways to stay healthy on a budget. We will be serving a budget friendly meal and providing the "Eat Well on $4/day - Good and Cheap" cookbook, while supplies last.
