UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Invitation: A celebration of the music and spirit of the African American experience, with UM choirs, symphony, drum/dance, soprano Carline Waugh & more

A rich variety of music celebrating the rich variety of black history -- join the UM Gospel Choir, UM Concert Singers, LOU Symphony, and the Ole Miss African Drum and Dance Ensemble and soloists. 

Featuring special guest artist soprano and UM Alumna Dr. Carline Waugh, an acclaimed performer and Assistant Professor at Marshall University in West Virginia.

The concert is free and all are welcome. General seating, first come, first served.
