DANCE TO DE-STRESS is a wellness activity that is part of the "Breaking the Stigma" mental health campaign.
With support from the Division of Student Affairs, the Division of Diversity and Community Engagement, the Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement, and the University Counseling Center, Dale Hall, a second-year higher education and student personnel master's student and graduate assistant in the Division of Student Affairs, decided to bring this mental health campaign and event to life after seeing a need for mental health support on campus, especially among African American students. Stay up-to-date with other "Breaking the Stigma" events by checking Forum and @UM_DCE on Instagram.
