The University of Mississippi Department of Philosophy and Religion's Philosophy Forum Series, along with the University of Alabama Department of Philosphy are sponsoring a full live address titled "Higher-order Metametaphysics" via Zoom on Thursday, October 8, 4:00-5:30 from Dr. Ted Sider, Distinguised Professor and Andrew W. Mellon Chair in Philosophy at Rutgers University. Dr. Sider's research focus is metaphysics with notable works including Four-Dimensionalism: An Ontology of Peristence and Time (Oxford 2001), and The Tools of Metaphysics and the Metaphysics of Science (Oxford 2020).
