UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Description: Start off Valentine's Day weekend with a relaxing flow. Join us for a 45 minute heart opening yoga class and bring a friend or loved one with you! Heart Opening Yoga is a class built around postures that open the heart chakra such as cow, up-dog, camel, full wheel, etc. This class is great for veteran yogis or those who have never taken a yoga class before. This class is FREE for students, faculty and staff, and CR members. Register using the CR App. Participation will enter you for a chance to win a FREE FitKit at the end of the class.
