Spring Small Group Training: Intro to Weightlifting

Description: This program will run for 1 hour and occur twice per week in The Tank at the Turner Center. The session will include an overview of our primary functional movements. This list includes squats, presses, rows and deadlift variations using barbells and dumbbells. All fitness levels are welcome, and the program is built to progress with the participants' fitness levels each week.
