Carga Sellada (Sealed Cargo) (2015) is a film directed by Bolivian filmmaker Julia Vargas-Weise. A crew of hapless police and a stowaway make their way across Bolivia in an aged train, searching for a place to dump highly toxic cargo. Shot in the 12,000 feet-high ochre expanses of the Bolivian altiplano, this film combines humor and drama with a ‘green’ message about the global waste crisis.
