Description: Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses the resistance of your body and gravity to help strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination, endurance and mobility. This class is designed for anyone who wants to build strength, inThursday crease endurance, and improve flexibility using simple yet effective exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, and planks. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of dynamic routines that target every muscle group, ensuring a balanced and challenging workout suitable for all fitness levels. You'll gain confidence in your ability to exercise anytime, anywhere, and develop the skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle on the go. Modifications will be made for people of all fitness levels.
