Unleash your stress and power up with our Cardio Kickboxing class! Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques with cardiovascular and strength exercises for a true metabolic resistance workout. This workout is designed to help you build lean muscles, improve your coordination, and increase your stamina with various combinations of punching, kicking and other body weight movements. A short weighted strength segment hones in on the core, which drives stability and power in the martial arts. No experience necessary; options are demonstrated for all levels of fitness. Join us and kick your stress to the curb!
