The television broadcast of Elvis Presley’s “Aloha from Hawaii” concert of 1973 was the biggest entertainment special of its time. Broadcast via satallite to 40 different countries, the King reached hundreds of millions of people.
Join the Memphis Symphony Orchestra and the Terry Mike Jeffrey Band as we celebrate the 40th anniversary and recreate this iconic concert. Experience the music that defined rock & roll with the orchestra performing Elvis’s authentic original arrangements. Terry Mike Jeffrey, one of the most celebrated Elvis Tribute Artists, joins the orchestra to bring you this historic concert. (more)
