The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.


Mid-South Music Education Research Symposium

Arts and Culture: Student and Faculty papers on Music Edu. will be presented and discussed on February 8th and 9th in the Choir Room of the Music Building.

On Friday evening, February 8 and Saturday, February 9, Ole Miss will be the site of the first Mid-South Music Education Research Symposium. Faculty and student researchers from throughout the region will present papers showing the results of their research. Friday evening from 6:00 to 10:00 is devoted to student projects. Students are from Ole Miss, University of Southern Mississippi and Middle Tennessee State University.  Faculty will present research on Saturday from 9:00 to 4:30. Faculty members from Ole Miss, University of Southern Mississippi, Auburn, UT-Chattanooga, Alcorn State, Oklahoma Baptist University and Arkansas Northeast College will present papers. All Ole Miss faculty and graduate students are invited to attend any or all of the presentations. This symposium is the work of the Ole Miss music education faculty and is funded by  the Department of Music and the Ford Center.
