Are you interested in knowing about ways to improve your productivity and relief from stress?
If the answer is yes, come and attend the convenient, comfortable, meditation session offered by the volunteers of the Isha Foundation.

 You will learn a very simple, yet powerful meditation called Isha Kriya designed by Sadhguru, which you can do at your home or residence hall room. Isha means that which is the source of creation. Kriya means an inward action towards that.
Daily practice of Isha Kriya will help you to reorganize your energies and provide:
- Enhanced Clarity     
- Improved Health
- Heightened focus and energy
- Greater prosperity and a state of peacefulness and joy
