You will learn a very simple, yet powerful meditation called Isha Kriya designed by Sadhguru, which you can do at your home or residence hall room. Isha means that which is the source of creation. Kriya means an inward action towards that.
Daily practice of Isha Kriya will help you to reorganize your energies and provide:
