Time: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (CST)

Location: Oxford Campus, Insight Park

ResearchResearch: Q&A session on patenting your inventions under new US patent laws; April 4th at 12:00pm, Insight Park Conference Room, 2nd Floor

Full details:

Did you know that the US patent law was recently changed from a "first to invent" to a "first to file" system?  Do you know about the one year grace period for public disclosure under US patent law?  Do you have questions about what makes a research finding a patentable invention, and not just an important discovery?  Do you have an idea that could become an invention and need guidance on the process?

ORSP's Division of Technology Management and patent attorneys from Stites and Harbison, PLLC will be available from 12:00-1:00 pm to meet with you and answer your questions.  This is NOT a seminar but an opportunity for you to get answers to your questions.
