UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Astronomy Open House: Viewing of the planets Jupiter, Saturn, and Mars, as well as the Moon. Only if the sky is not cloudy. Free. Families welcome.

We are offering a viewing of the Moon, the planets Jupiter, Saturn and Mars through Kennon Observatory's telescopes on Sept. 16, 7:15 pm to 9:30 pm. 

The event is free, children and families are welcome.

In case of cloudy weather we must cancel as observations are not possible.
