UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Percussion is on the forefront of 21st century musical development, and the constantly-evolving nature of the field produces exciting and experimental results.  See the marimba, vibes, drums, gongs, chimes, and more work together to create a rich and layered musical experience.  The concert features African drumming, and the music of Chick Corea, Dave Grusin, Harry Belafonte, Dizzy Gillespie, and more.  It's all FREE in Nutt Auditorium at 7:30 pm on Monday, November 12th.
