UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Please join us for a special evening as the university and community come together to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Featured guest speaker Dr. Leslie-Burl McLemore, Professor Emeritus of Political Science from Jackson State University, will be speaking on "Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Right to Vote: The Long Road to Freedom." 

Doors open at 6:00 pm for dinner with the formal program beginning at 7:00 pm.
