Ole Miss is justly proud of William Faulkner, a Mississippian who is arguably the greatest novelist America has produced. His fellow Mississippian, Tennessee Williams, is arguably the greatest playwright America has produced, and an artist in whom the LGBTQ+ community can take special pride. For Gay History Month, Ole Miss English Professor Emeritus, Jack Barbera, will conduct a one-night-only presentation of readings from the writings of Williams, both well-known and little known, tied together with Barbera's personal anecdotes and commentary stemming from his years of teaching and writing about Williams
