Ms. Tagtow is Founder and Chief Strategist for Akta Strategies; former Executive Director for the USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion in which she co-led the development and launch of the 2015-2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans; Senior Fellow and Endowed Chair at the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture, University of Minnesota College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences; and former Food and Society Policy Fellow with the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy.
