UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Join Campus Recreation for our pop up group fitness classes during exam week! 

Stop by the Grove on Monday and Tuesday, November 16th and 17th, at 12:15 pm for a 30 minute Express HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class, and at 1:00 pm for a 45 minute Yoga Flow practice. Stop for one, or stay for both!

One person from each class, on each day, will win an Ole Miss CR FIT Kit! Win your own Ole Miss CR fitness mat, jump rope, and resistance band to help keep yourself active over winter break! Winner will be drawn by random selection and must be present to pick up prize.

Register for the classes beginning tomorrow. Use the OleMissCR app to reserve your spot! No FIT or RebelWell pass required. 

Space is limited for each class. Please bring your own fitness or yoga mat, sweat towel and water bottle. Social distancing of greater than 10 feet will be encouraged, and masks are required when social distancing cannot be maintained.
