UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Joshua Sharp, faculty member at the School of Pharmacy, will be sharing the science behind COVID-19 vaccines and answering general questions on the development of vaccines on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. CT through the Ole Miss Alumni Association's Up Front Speaker Series.

Attendees will better understand what a vaccine is, how it works and why it is effective. Learn from an expert what you need to know about COVID-19 vaccines.
