UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Welcome to Career Week! We will host various events, 2/15-2/17, for students to learn how to become an exceptional applicant for careers! Below are brief descriptions of the events for the week.

2/15 - 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
We will Kick-Off Career Week with Kim from LinkedIn as she gives expert advice on all that you need to know to "Rock your LinkedIn profile!"

Registration for this event is required. Please visit Handshake to register for this event.

2/16 - 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Join us as we cover the ins and outs of Handshake, how to navigate upcoming career fairs hosted on Handshake, and what employers look for in resumes and cover letters.

2/17 - 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
For the final event, come and learn tips for successful virtual interviewing. We will cover how to set up your virtual interviewing environment and much more.
