UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Description:  Looking to get your heartrate up in a fun and exciting way? Stop by the South Campus Recreation Center front patio for a quick 30 minute express high intensity interval training workout, followed by a 30 minute Cardio Dance class. Try one or both of these cardio based group fitness classes and be entered for a chance to win your own Ole Miss Fitness Fit Kit full of fitness equipment you can use in classes or at home for your own workout!
