UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Invitation: A free concert featuring woodwinds, brass, and percussion for a big, full sound--with some fierce trumpet solos!

David Willson directs the University Wind Ensemble in a performance that includes works by Paul Creston, John Philip Sousa, Peter Meechan, Percy Grainger, Herbert Clarke, and John Williams.

The wind ensemble is comprised of woodwinds, brass, and percussion, which creates a full, rich sound perfect for the warm acoustics of Nutt Auditorium. 

The concert starts at 7:30, and admission is free.

Music 100/103 credit will be available.
