UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Honors College Poster Symposium & Spring Convocation

Invitation: Join us at the poster symposium followed by the keynote speaker: primatologist, NSF Fellow, and Fulbright Scholar Dr. Mireya Mayor.

The SMBHC will host its inaugural honors poster symposium, featuring honors students representing a variety of disciplines. The public is welcome to walk through the symposium and talk with some of our top citizen scholars from 6:30pm-7:15pm in the Ford Center lobby. 

Beginning at 7:30pm, please join us for the Honors College Spring Convocation, where the 2022 Barksdale Award winners will be announced, and we will welcome our keynote speaker, Dr. Mireya Mayor. 

Honors students are expected to attend. All are welcome.
