Description: Don’t miss Campus Recreation’s free monthly class for April, Broga! This yoga class will take time to focus on a unique practice and flow great for men! This class is designed for a novice or experienced yogi. Not limited to men only, anyone is welcome to sign up and flow with our instructors during this 45 minute practice! Poses and stretches during this practice will focus on common tension, tightness and injuries men tend to see from overtraining, lack of stretching or flexibility/mobility training. Wear comfortable exercise attire and bring your own water bottle and sweat towel. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, but yoga mats will be provided. Instruction and guidance on proper posture transitions and flow will be provided. Those in attendance will be entered for a chance to win an Ole Miss Fitness Fit Kit!
