Every year, the Southeast American College of Sports Medicine hosts a conference with great opportunities for undergraduate students to learn more about the current research on exercise science and various programs in the field.

This conference is at Greenville, SC, this year, Feb 23-25, 2023. During this conference, undergraduate quiz bowl teams for each school compete by answering various questions on nutrition, exercise physiology, strength&conditioning, testing&prescription, health behavior, etc. 

The initial meeting will explain the student quiz bowl, and future meetings will be mock quiz bowls that cover 2-3 topics every other week. After the mock quiz bowl, we will cover some of the questions and the basics of the topics. This is an opportunity to review material you have already learned or preview material you will learn!
