TEDxUniversityofMississippi will hold its 8^th Annual Event on February 23^rd at 7 PM in the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts. This year’s theme is Facing Forward. In the spirit of Ideas Worth Sharing, TEDxUniversityofMississippi will spotlight innovations and advancements of four of our university’s researchers, as well as thought leaders from other states. They share ideas from outside Mississippi, which can impact Mississippians in a positive way. Annually, they share an evening of curated Talks to spark conversation in our community and beyond. A registered student organization, TEDxTeam volunteers are UMiss students who plan, market, mount, and wrap a TED-like event, working under license from TED and with oversight from license holder Kate Hooper.
