Lavender Graduation is an annual event hosted by the Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement, in partnership with the Sarah Isom Center for Women and Gender Studies, in honor of LGBTQIA+ graduating undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. At the event, graduating students will be honored with lavender cords and remarks from faculty, staff, and students. A casual reception will follow.

Lavender Graduation is an opportunity for visibility, celebration, and community during a special season in the academic calendar, and a chance for LGBTQIA+ students to be honored for their achievements and determination.
