UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES


The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Nature MasterClasses for Graduate Students

Nature Masterclasses is a suite of training videos that  covers all the steps of the research cycle. Topics include a range of research-related activities, including designing, funding, publshing, sharing, and writing your research.

Through a partnership with the College of Liberal Arts, the Graduate School, the Office of Resarch and Sponsored Programs (ORSP), the School of Applied Sciences, the School of Education, the School of Engineering, and the School of Pharmacy, the University of Mississppi Libraries began offering Nature MasterClasses in August 2023.

This event will feature two speakers: a graduate student sharing his experience with Nature MasterClasses and a librarian providing a brief overview of the resource and a description of how graduate students can access the content.

Lunch will be provided by UM Libraries
