UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Earn an American Red Cross lifeguard certification through Campus Rec! Our lifeguard certification course is designed to ensure that you are properly trained and prepared in the event of a water emergency.

This is a blended learning course that requires 7 hours of self-paced online content in addition to 3 days of in person training. 

The course is $250 per person and all participants must be 15 years or older.
