UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Small Group Training - Rebel Fitness Challenge

Description: Kick off the new year with our four week program designed to help individuals improve overall wellness. This fitness challenge is led by certified personal trainers and instructors providing participants the opportunity to learn the basics of weight training, education on nutritional habits, and building healthy lifestyle changes. A fitness assessment, including weigh-ins, will be performed the week of January 8th. This program will meet one hour a day, twice a week, in the Turner Center. No previous exercise experience needed to participate.
