UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Description: Come workout with Campus Recreation as we get ready for the Spring semester! All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is necessary. The group fitness showcase will take place in Turner Center studios beginning at 5pm and end in the South Campus Recreation Center studios. This showcase includes a variety of formats lasting 30 minutes each: Yoga, Cycle, Pilates, Total Body, Barre, and HIIT. Attendance is not required at all sessions. No FIT pass required, simply sign up on the OleMissCR app a week in advance to reserve your spot! Class sessions fill up? Show up anyway to observe or take a no show spot! Be sure to check the facility and studio location due to changes with rescheduled date!
