Climate change is potentially an existential problem, so all options are on the table. But could it really be wise to meddle with the Earth's relationship to the sun? Who has the authority, moral or otherwise, to make such a decision for the world? Some people would be harmed, and we couldn't hope to predict the full suite of consequences, but perhaps our current situation is just that desperate.

Join Prof. Wil Burns and The Center for Practical Ethics on Friday, Feb. 16 for a full overview of this debate.
