UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Lavender Graduation is an annual event hosted by the Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement in honor of LGBTQIA+ graduating undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. At the event, graduating students will be honored with lavender cords and remarks from faculty, staff, and students. A casual reception will follow. Attached is a flier about the event with some FAQs.

This year's Lavender Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 2 at 5:00pm in the Ballroom at the Inn at Ole Miss. Deadline to register for the event is Friday, April 26.

Graduating students can register at this link. Students who are not yet graduating, as well as faculty, staff, and family, are welcome and encouraged to attend in support of the graduates. Guests may RSVP here.

Lavender Graduation is an opportunity for visibility, celebration, and community during a special season in the academic calendar. We hope you will join us!
