The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Lee's Army in the Wake of Appomattox

Lectures: Dr. Caroline Janney will deliver a lecture on the Civil War, exploring the demobilization of the Army of Northern Virginia after Appomattox.

The Department of History, in conjunction with the University Lecture Series and the Center for Civil War Research, presents a lecture by Dr. Caroline Janney, John L. Nau III Professor in the History of the American Civil War at the University of Virginia and Director of the John L. Nau III Center for Civil War History. Dr. Janney will speak on "The Long Journey Home: Lee's Army in the Wake of Appomattox." The talk will highlight her award-winning book, Ends of War: The Unfinished Fight of Lee's Army After Appomattox.
