When someone says "positive mindset," you may be tempted to dismiss it as nothing more than rainbows and "Hang in There!" cat posters, but you shouldn't: there are tangible benefits to embracing a more positive mindset, and specific strategies for doing it. The workshop will cover strategies for improving self-talk, managing emotions, and responding more effectively to challenging circumstances.
