Small Group Training Session 2: Functional Fitness Circuit Training on the Life Fitness Synergy 360 unit

Join us for this four week boot camp style program that includes a hybrid of strength training and high intensity interval training! You will learn how to properly use functional training equipment such as cables, dumbbells, battle ropes, med balls, TRX straps and more. You will also learn variations of several functional movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and rows. Each session is led by one of our certified personal trainers, who will be there to demonstrate proper technique and movement patterns, provide feedback, and encourage participants throughout each session. The class will meet at South Campus Recreation Center on the second floor at the Life Fitness Synergy 360 cable unit.
Participants will need to have active swipe access to Campus Recreation facilities during the entire session. Click here for summer membership information. Registration closes a week prior to the first session.
