Join the William Magee Center and the School of Pharmacy for a hands-on training to learn how to administer Narcan (naloxone), a life-saving over-the-counter nasal spray medication that rapidly reverses the effects of a life-threatening opioid emergency. Narcan is used to revive someone during an overdose from prescription medications or street drugs such as heroin or fentanyl. Attendees will receive one free box of Narcan at the end of the event.
