Dr. Rashad Mammadov, Media and Communications Department Chair, presents on balancing your digital presence. In a world where we're always online, it's easy to feel disconnected from what really matters. This session will offer tips on how to create a healthier balance between your digital life and personal well-being. We'll talk about taking control of your tech habits, improving your emotional health, and staying connected to your true self. Stay for the Q&A session afterward to have a relaxed conversation on your interests. This event is free and open to the public. Students and teachers reading the UM Common Read, "Build the Life You Want," are encouraged to attend.
