UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

According to the USDA, 48% of the money spent on food in America pays for meals eaten outside of the home. As a member of the Ole Miss community, you are surrounded by dining options, but not all of them will improve your energy, focus and mood. It is time to learn how to choose fast meals wisely because eating healthy and saving time does not have to be mutually exclusive. Join us for this week's Smart Meals and Smart Moves and start out the fall semester with tips on how to satisfy your hunger without sacrificing your health.   

Our wellness group meets at 12:10 PM every Wednesday in 123 Old Athletics Building. Please refer to the attached flyer for more information.
