As a member of the Ole Miss community, you are surrounded by dining options, but not all of them will improve your energy, focus and mood. It is time to learn how to choose fast meals wisely because eating healthy and saving time does not have to be mutually exclusive. Join us for this week's Smart Meals and Smart Moves and start out the fall semester with tips on how to satisfy your hunger without sacrificing your health.
