UNIVERSITY OF MISSISSIPPI SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES

The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Lens Collective is an in-depth multimedia workshop that focuses on cultural preservation through digital storytelling. Students report for a day and spend the next day producing stories.  Along the way, the public is invited to hear gifted journalists, such as Smiley Pool, a Pulitzer Prize-winner from the Dallas Morning News.  Pool speaks at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28 in Overby Center Auditorium.

This year's theme is covering civil rights with the premiere of student videos taking place at Overby Center Auditorium on Saturday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m.  

These events are free and open to the public.
